Kym Whitley - Bernadette
Originally from Cleveland, Kym Whitley’s first real acting job was in the Shelley Garrett play “Beauty Shop,” which started in L.A. and did a national tour. Not long after the play, her TV career began as the creator and host of the first female panel talk show, on BET, entitled “Oh Drama!” Whether you know her from her frequent appearances on Larry David’s groundbreaking HBO series “Curb Your Enthusiasm” or from her stint on the long running nationally syndicated “Tom Joyner Morning Show,” this woman never fails to deliver the funny in all aspects of her long-standing career. She has guest starred in a string of television shows, including “The Neighborhood,” “The Upshaws,” “Call Your Mother,” “Twenties,” “Fuller House,” and classics such as “The Wayans Brothers,” “The Parkers.” Not only was she a series regular on “The Young & Hungry” she was nominated for both a Daytime Emmy Award and won an Indie Series Award for her portrayal of Big Candi in “The Bay, The Series.” In addition to all her work as an entertainer, Kym is a dedicated activist. Her ‘Don’t Feed Me’ campaign began as something she did for her son, Joshua, and it evolved into an ongoing, high-profile project to raise awareness of food allergies for children and adults. Kym holds an honorary doctorate from UVA, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Fisk University. She serves on the board of directors for both The Special Needs Network of L.A. and The Jefferson Memorial Home for Foster Children.Tisha Campbell - Keisha
She began her expansive career and the tender age of three, successfully spanning five decades in all genres of show business; including singing, acting, directing, producing, and writing. Campbell has starred on Darren Starr and Jeffrey Richmond’s “Uncoupled” opposite Neil Patrick Harris and is currently proud to be featured in the new sit-com for Bounce called “Act Your Age,” with Kym Whitley and Yvette Nicole Brown. Campbell is best known for her comedic role on FOX Television as Gina, Martin Lawrence’s wife, on the iconic “Martin Show,” as well as playing opposite Damon Wayans on the ABC hit series, “My Wife and Kids.” Both of these are international sensations earning her an NAACP Image Award for Best Actress in a Comedy Series and the BET Comedy Award. She has also starred in films including Spike Lee’s "School Daze," "House Party" (I, II, III), "Another 48 Hrs.," "Homeward Bound," “Boomerang,” “Sprung” and with Seth Rogan and Craig Robinson’s “Zack and Miri Make a Porno”; “Be Someone” and “Blind Spotting” with David Diggs. Taking her business behind the scenes, Campbell co-wrote the movie "The Seat Filler," and produced the film short "A Luv Tale," which garnered numerous awards including the Audience Choice Award at the Black Hollywood Film Festival. An avid philanthropist, Campbell is currently developing a project to benefit her alma mater, Newark Arts High School, which will help provide desperately needed supplies to the inner-city school and keep its music program intact. Campbell cofounded Colored My Mind (CMM) with four other mothers of autistic children. She is also currently lending her time recently to help women who have experienced domestic abuse, working with D.O.P.E. She's produced Disney's "The Big Fib", SyFy's "Cosplay Melee" and she is also a 2020 NAACP Image Award Nominated writer for "Always A Bridesmaid" - the Romantic Comedy she penned and Executive Produced that is streaming on Netflix and BET+. Actor and songwriter born in Los Angeles, California. He was last seen starring in the Netflix series, ALL ABOUT THE WASHINGTONS, created by and starring legendary musician/rapper, Rev Run. Other credits include the multi Award-winning series, BLACKish, and a season-long arc on RICHIE RICH for Netflix. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Mariah Robinson found herself on a stage from an early age. Her love for theatre brought her to Los Angeles where she received a degree from USC’s School of Dramatic Arts. Shortly after, she transitioned to work professionally in tv/film. Her TV & film credits include Netflix’s Family Reunion, the Vivica A. Fox produced The Wrong Valentine, as well as multiple other independent films. Currently, she can be seen in the brand new, multi-cam half-hour comedy Act Your Age on Bounce, which premiered in the spring of 2023.X
